Mind Body Strong's mission is simple: Get people moving. Keep people moving. The focus of every class is on functional wellness. The classes de-emphasize body transformation and, instead, emphasize the good we are doing for our mind, body, and spirit. Several modalities are offered both live and on-demand taught by an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach.
