Virtual fitness classes offer you the same energetic experience as in-person classes with the convenience of a home workout. Once enrolled, participants will receive an exclusive Zoom link to log in from anywhere. On-demand classes can be taken any time, anywhere! Same great workouts on your schedule.

Live Virtual Classes

SH1FT - Use your bodyweight as the tool to develop speed, balance and agility. You'll build athletic fitness as you sweat through simple progressions that work for all fitness levels. **Select SH1FT workouts are also available On-Demand

L1FT - Use weights to sculpt strong muscles while developing power and improved mobility. Smart, safe and progressive movements ensure no fitness level is left behind. **Select L1FT workouts are also available On-Demand

PLYOGA - Combines high energy plyometric movements with powerful yoga poses for active recovery to create a dynamic, fast paced class that will train your mind, body, and spirit. Strength, cardio, flexibility, endurance, coordination, balance... in one amazing workout with no equipment required! **Select PLYOGA workouts are available as Express workouts On-Demand

Total Body HIIT - Fast paced, total body workout utilizing HIIT interval training techniques. Incredibly fun, totally inspirational, and achievable for ALL fitness levels. No equipment required! **Not currently scheduled for Fall 2022**

MBS Mash-up - A combination of any of the 4 SH1FT formats: SH1FT, L1FT, R1ZE, M1ND (R1ZE & M1ND descriptions under On-Demand) in addition to PLYOGA, HIIT Strong, and MORE! From mind-body to all out HIIT - you'll never get bored with this class.

HIIT Strong - Strength training with cardio intervals makes for a fast, efficient workout. Push to the next level in a fun, invigorating workout targeting the entire body.

On-Demand Classes

R1ZE - Level up your training with the modern take on a classic piece of kit. In R1ZE the step can be anything - from jump box to exercise bench to obstacle. You’ll utilize multi-dimensional functional movements for a full body interval blast.

M1ND - A functional mobility format designed to compliment an active lifestyle. M1ND draws inspiration from sports, yoga, calisthenics and rehabilitation and each unique session can include one or more of these elements. The central theme is connection between mind and movement.

R1DE - R1DE is a 30 minute beat based HIIT workout on a bike. It takes the best parts of boutique cycle and performance riding and blends it into a single class.
