Why Mind Body Strong?
I built Mind Body Strong because I know I'm not alone. I've never been an athlete. I was intimidated when I first joined a gym and would shy away from mirrors, help, and any other reminder that I "didn't belong." I was lucky enough to have family working at the gym who helped me along, but not everyone has that. Eventually gyms became my happy place, but I also know that's not always the case. Even today, I am generally weaker, smaller, and struggle more with coordination than most.
Mind Body Strong classes are made for every body. I teach and cheer on all fitness levels regardless of your goals. My workouts are functionally focused which means I emphasize the real-life benefits of movement rather than over-stressing weight loss and physical transformation. Function comes first because at the end of the day, what matters most is your health and wellness.

Beachbody Live - Certified Instructor for three formats: Insanity Live, Core de Force Live, and Transform Live
Nearly 10 years of experience in the fitness industry including as a Certified Spinning instructor and Certified YMCA Personal Trainer. Also, trained in BOSU, stability ball, and STEP.
Red Cross certified for AED and CPR.
